Day 2 - Monday -First Full Day

Sorry for the delays in posting, we had some technical difficulties.  Mostly me, but also a site problem.  But here I am now, fingers freshly rested and a brand new mouse for my hand shaped like, a certain mouse's hand.

We started out with a leisurely breakfast here at the cabin, we were all really tired from the trip.  Then we headed for Epcot and met Crash at the aquarium, and 7 other charactors around the Park.  Very overwhelming, and little man had a meltdown over lunch.  We headed back to the cabin for a nap (Kay-kay too.) Then we went to Downtown Disney for dinner.  Cap'n Jacks was not what we were expecting, not a thing to do with Cap'n Jack Sparrow.  I asked out service for wheat free options, she brought the chef, who somehow thought I wanted a carb-free dinner, I think.  (Her accent was very heavy.)  Thankfully Eric understood her more than I did, because she was saying "no rice, no potatoes, not pasta...." and we got it straighted out.  Yummy salmon with a onion ragout, green beans, and rice.  Then played around Downtown Disney.  Sleepy boy was carried home by daddy.
